We’re looking for a hands-on Outbound Marketing & Revenue Lead to turn large-scale datasets into revenue.
You will own the full outbound funnel—from writing copy and launching campaigns to optimizing conversions, routing inbound calls, and analyzing performance. The infrastructure is already built. Your job is to make it convert and scale.
This is an execution-heavy role for someone who thrives in performance environments and cares about measurable results.
1. Write and optimize high-converting copy for:
2. Run continuous A/B tests across messaging, offers, and pages
3. Own funnel performance end-to-end: Outbound send → response → qualified lead/call → revenue
4. Track and analyze key metrics:
5. Set up and optimize IVR flows (Telnyx) for inbound calls
6. Route calls using platforms like Ringba or Retreaver to maximize revenue
7. Work with large datasets (millions of records) and execute campaigns at scale
8. Identify performance gaps and continuously iterate on what to test next
