Who You Are: 

We’re seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Coordinator passionate about all aspects of product marketing. You thrive when working on structured marketing workflows, supporting webinars and community initiatives, managing schedules and automations, and building presentation decks.

You are eager to grow into a product expert on the HighLevel platform and contribute to impactful marketing programs through strong execution and attention to detail.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, dependable, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation Operations

  • Support logistical tracking and coordination for Content Army video creators
  • Ensure assignments are distributed on time and tracked accurately
  • Assist with payment coordination and basic metrics tracking

Event & Webinar Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating Product Marketing events including Town Halls, webinars, and partner sessions
  • Support scheduling, presenter coordination, and run-of-show documentation
  • Help execute post-event follow-ups

Campaign & Project Management

  • Support execution of marketing campaigns including events, drip campaigns, and landing pages
  • Assist in building and maintaining workflows within HighLevel
  • Track project timelines and dependencies across initiatives

Presentations & Enablement

  • Create and format presentation decks for internal and external use
  • Support development of marketing collateral such as one-pagers and blogs

Product Expertise & In-App Marketing

  • Build foundational knowledge of the HighLevel platform
  • Stay updated on feature releases and product updates
  • Support in-app marketing initiatives (e.g., Pendo)

What You’ll Bring

  • Early proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to execute tasks with guidance
  • Interest in marketing and product marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and collaboration skills

Experience Required

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Familiarity with HighLevel platform is a plus
  • Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar is a plus
  • Basic exposure to marketing tools (HubSpot, GA4, etc.)
