About HOA Sales:

HOA Sales is the dedicated sales and marketing engine for The CAM Collective (TCC)—a network of high-performing HOA and condo (COA) management companies across the U.S.

We partner with management firms to drive predictable, sustainable portfolio growth through:

  • Targeted outbound prospecting
  • Strategic positioning and messaging
  • High-conversion sales processes

Our focus is simple: help our partners win the right communities in the right markets.

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive (AE) to close qualified opportunities and drive new business for our partner management companies.

This is a full-cycle closing role (mid-to-late funnel) where you will:

  • Take pre-qualified leads from BDRs
  • Run discovery and consultative sales conversations
  • Deliver tailored proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate and close contracts

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to HOA and COA board members, translating complex property management services into clear, compelling value.

Success in this role = strong close rates, accurate forecasting, and consistent quota attainment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution & Closing

  • Own and close qualified opportunities generated by BDRs and inbound channels
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs, pain points, and decision criteria
  • Lead virtual and in-person sales presentations to HOA/COA boards

Consultative Selling

  • Translate complex property management services into clear value propositions
  • Position partner companies based on strengths, service models, and market fit
  • Build trust with board members and decision-makers throughout the sales cycle

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

  • Manage deals in CRM (HubSpot preferred) with accurate notes, stages, and close probabilities
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast monthly/quarterly revenue with accuracy

Proposal Development & Negotiation

  • Collaborate with partner companies to develop pricing and proposals
  • Handle objections and guide prospects through decision-making
  • Close new business and secure signed agreements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with BDRs to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Coordinate smooth handoff to onboarding and operations teams
  • Align with marketing on messaging and campaign feedback

Market Representation

  • Represent HOA Sales and partner companies at industry events, trade shows, and board meetings
  • Stay informed on HOA/COA trends, competitors, and market dynamics

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (service-based or consultative sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota (closing role experience required)
  • Experience managing multiple deals and stakeholders in a pipeline-driven environment
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to present to senior decision-makers (e.g., boards, executives)
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with high accountability and performance ownership
  • Willingness to travel for client-facing meetings and events

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

  • HOA / property management / real estate / SaaS / agency sales experience
  • Experience selling into boards, committees, or multi-stakeholder groups
  • Background in high-ticket or contract-based sales

Why Join HOA Sales?

  • High-income potential (uncapped commission, strong deal sizes)
  • Warm, qualified pipeline (BDR-supported sales motion)
  • Unique niche with strong demand (HOA/COA market)
  • Opportunity to work across multiple brands and markets
  • Direct impact on growth strategy for partner companies

Benefits

  • Generous PTO including vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Short- and long-term disability (employer-paid)
  • Cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement
  • Remote work flexibility with opportunities for in-person collaboration
