About the Role:

The Client Success Manager is a key position, focused on growing and managing a portfolio of locum tenens accounts across physician and advanced practice specialties. This role supports healthcare organizations including acute care hospitals, outpatient and ambulatory surgery centers, and government facilities, ensuring consistent provider coverage, strong client partnerships, and high-quality care delivery.

What will you be doing day to day?

  • Build strong client relations and effective working relationships with your clients
  • Engage with clients regularly and obtain exclusive deals and heads-up on open job orders
  • Help recruiters by relaying exact customer needs and opportunities to them
  • Review recruiter submissions for compliance with facility requirements 
  • Reverse market Physicians and APPs to all clients in the portfolio
  • Maintain a healthy P&L by processing quality submittals and making placements
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and client scorecards
  • Travel to client sites and attend networking and industry
  • Processing assignment and contract changes and extensions, renewals, and terminations.
  • Be the overall point of escalation for all current clients and provider issues
  • Build a relationship and good rapport with all physicians and APPs and ensure high retention rate
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Your Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Locum Tenens and Advanced Practice Staffing space
