Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general support.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions.
• Efficiently document customer interactions to support service quality.
• Collaborate with team members and Booking.com partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features, policies, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
