Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
