Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for ongoing service improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective collaboration with the team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture and lifestyle. Work from home in Greece is possible.
