Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer support or service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining collaboration.
