As a customer service representative, you will manage inquiries in Czech, delivering excellent support to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to IT products and services via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Provide clear explanations and assistance regarding software, hardware, and technical support issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and product updates to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service within the IT sector is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
