Are you ready for a fresh start in one of the most stunning places in Europe? We are looking for enthusiastic Finnish-speaking Customer Support to join our international team on the sunny island of Crete! 🌊

**This role requires a relocation to Greece for which we offer a relocation package)**

Your Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly voice and help customers via phone, email, or chat
• Assist with customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
• Update and maintain customer records in our system – we’ll provide full training 📋.
• Collaborate with your team to solve more complex issues – teamwork makes the dream work 💪.

Requirements

What You Need:

• Fluent in Finnish at C1 level –
• Proficient in English at B2 level
• A valid EU passport (or work permit)
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• A positive attitude and excitement for living in a beautiful island setting, full of culture and adventure! 🌅🏝️
