Job Description

We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for experienced DevOps and Platform Engineers to join an expert network supporting projects with leading AI research laboratories and technology companies.

This is an open application to join a DevOps / Platform Engineering talent network. Once accepted, experts are matched with relevant contract projects where they contribute domain expertise to improve advanced AI systems and infrastructure tools.

Selected professionals will help train and evaluate AI models, create real-world infrastructure scenarios, and provide expert feedback that improves the reliability and performance of AI systems used in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

AI Model Training & Evaluation

Evaluate how AI systems generate and interpret infrastructure and DevOps workflows
Identify issues in AI-generated infrastructure configurations and automation scripts
Provide structured feedback to improve model performance in DevOps-related tasks

Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Tasks

Create real-world DevOps scenarios and technical tasks
Contribute examples involving CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployments
Review and refine AI-generated solutions related to platform engineering workflows

Technical Expertise & Collaboration

Provide expert insights on DevOps best practices and cloud infrastructure design
Support research teams developing AI tools for infrastructure and engineering workflows
Help improve the reliability and scalability of AI-generated infrastructure solutions

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

Professional experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Strong understanding of modern DevOps workflows and platform engineering practices
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts
Experience working independently in remote or distributed environments
