Job Description

We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for experienced Full-Stack Engineers to join an expert network supporting projects with leading AI research laboratories and technology companies.

This is an open application to join a Full-Stack Engineering talent network. Once accepted, experts are matched with relevant contract projects where they contribute domain expertise to improve advanced AI systems and software development tools.

Selected professionals will help train and evaluate AI models, create real-world full-stack engineering scenarios, and provide expert feedback that improves the reliability and performance of AI systems used in modern software development.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

AI Model Training & Evaluation

Evaluate how AI systems generate and interpret full-stack application code
Identify issues in AI-generated frontend, backend, and data workflows
Provide structured feedback to improve model performance in full-stack engineering tasks

Full-Stack Development Tasks

Create real-world full-stack engineering scenarios and coding challenges
Contribute examples involving frontend frameworks, backend APIs, and database integration

Technical Expertise & Collaboration

Provide expert insights on full-stack development best practices

Help improve the reliability and scalability of AI-generated development solutions

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

Professional experience in both frontend and backend development
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
Experience building backend services using technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Spring
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts
Experience working independently in remote or distributed environments
