Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Development Lead to spearhead the development of the Aura Token and its broader DeFi ecosystem.

This role will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and development of the token infrastructure, ensuring that all components of the ecosystem are designed and implemented with the highest standards of security, scalability, and reliability required in decentralized finance environments.

The ideal candidate combines strong blockchain expertise with hands-on engineering capabilities and the leadership skills necessary to guide technical decisions and development execution.

Responsibilities

• Structure and organize the project’s source code and technical architecture.
• Lead the development and technical implementation of the Aura Token ecosystem.
• Design and oversee the development of the official project website and related platforms.
• Ensure all ecosystem integrations and functionalities operate seamlessly.
• Drive technical decision-making and lead the development team toward efficient delivery.
• Ensure high standards of security, scalability, and performance within the DeFi infrastructure.

Engagement Details

• Opportunity available exclusively in Brazil.
• Estimated project duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
• Flexible schedule with availability for meetings during standard business hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js development.
• Experience with Blockchain technologies and Web3 ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols and concepts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives or development teams.
• Advanced or Fluent english proficiency is mandatory.
