Are you passionate about the automotive industry? We are looking for a Bilingual Flemish & English Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Spain.

The Role: Impact & Responsibilities

  • Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they've expressed interest in a product
  • Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
  • Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
  • Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
  • Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.


What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales roles.
