• Provide exceptional support to Romanian-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.

• Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve problem-solving.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in player support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Romanian is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of current gaming trends and communities.
• Experience in customer support or a related gaming position is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage players effectively.
