• Run audits that actually matter. Diagnose what is broken, prioritize what moves the needle, fix it fast.
• Create content plans and briefs that build topical authority, not random posts.
• Turn SEO into a system. Process, checklists, cadence, reporting, iteration.
• Hop on calls as the technical expert. Explain complex stuff simply, build trust instantly, lead the room.
• Bring insights back to the team. Help sharpen the offer, sharpen the process, sharpen the playbook.

What We Are Looking For

• You are senior. You have real reps and real results.
• You understand modern SEO, and you are hungry to dominate the AI search era.
• You can communicate. Impeccable spoken and written English.
• You are sharp on calls. Clear, confident, minimal accent.
• You are organized. You do not drop balls. You can handle multiple clients without chaos.
• Agency experience is a HUGE plus.
• You are willing to work remotely during US time zones.
