Your Key Responsibilities

  • Offer exceptional support to Italian-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
  • Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries efficiently to maximize player satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
