The Opportunity
Join an elite team supporting the worlds most innovative household technology brand. We are looking for Dutch speakers to provide high-end service for premium products, including high-tech vacuum cleaners, hair care, and air purification systems.
Your Responsibilities
Expert Support: Handle incoming Dutch inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Tech Troubleshooting: Assist customers with product setup and technical fixes.
Premium Service: Maintain the high standards of a world-renowned tech brand.
Documentation: Log all interactions in English using our CRM.
Requirements
Native/C1 Dutch and B2 English proficiency.
Strong interest in high-end consumer technology and innovation.
A quiet home office environment with high-speed internet.
Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in Greece.
