This position allows you to work in beautiful Bulgaria, with paid relocation provided. As a vital part of our customer service team, you will support our Icelandic-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to our products and services.
  • Provide detailed information, guide customers through processes, and address any concerns they may have.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, striving for a high satisfaction rate.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience continually.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and office software applications.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or onsite environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support.
  • A passion for delivering superior customer service and a desire to grow within the company.
