Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for an Estonian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a vibrant team in Bulgaria, with the benefit of paid relocation. This role is key in providing exceptional service to our Estonian-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Estonian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions about products and services.
  • Provide clear and accurate information, helping customers with account management, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest promotions, products, and industry trends to inform and assist clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a technology-related or service-oriented industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and familiar with standard office software applications.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and immerse yourself in a new culture.
