Account Executive - Partnerships (Sales)

Job Description

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team and grow our business. This AE role will be responsible for bringing in new logos from major freight forwarders (international or local) and large multinational BCO / shippers. You will have an ambitious sales quota and a steady pipeline generation to support our growth goals. You will be required to join industry events for additional lead generation and accelerating deals.

We are looking for a hunter - someone who has excellent communication and sales skills, is a great active listener, has an inquisitive mind, and above all is determined to reach targets.   • Own new logo acquisition across major 3PLs, and shippers.
  • Break into target accounts and multithread across sustainability, IT, and executive buyers.
  • Proactively build and convert pipeline through outbound, networking, and events.
  • Run sharp discovery to uncover operational and carbon-reduction priorities
  • Control the deal cycle end-to-end — objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Deliver compelling demos and articulate clear ROI and operational impact
  • Lead negotiations and drive deals from first meeting to signed contract
  • Consistently meet and exceed new ARR targets
  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and accurate forecasting
  • Create urgency in long-cycle enterprise sales environments and a market that doesn’t move fast by default.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English)
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (remote)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain or freight tech is a bonus
