Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Greek-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, offering clear explanations and assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system for quality control.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and address any potential service improvements.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in a multinational environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and respond to customer needs efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and embrace a new cultural experience.
