Position Overview
We are looking for experienced, technically proficient, and organized professionals to join our remote call center operations. High-level Dutch and fluent English (written and spoken) are required.
This role supports a premium home-based project in the online travel industry, providing first-level customer support via inbound and outbound channels. You will handle multiple cases and calls simultaneously, focusing on booking modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and complaint escalations.
