Position Overview

We are looking for experienced, technically proficient, and organized professionals to join our remote call center operations. High-level Dutch and fluent English (written and spoken) are required.

This role supports a premium home-based project in the online travel industry, providing first-level customer support via inbound and outbound channels. You will handle multiple cases and calls simultaneously, focusing on booking modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and complaint escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and case management
  • Act as the first point of contact for homeowners using a booking platform
  • Provide timely and high-quality assistance, including escalations
  • Log, classify, and follow up on all customer interactions
  • Maintain accurate records of call history and resolutions
  • Analyze call data and share customer feedback
  • Stay updated on platform and process changes
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear written communication

Requirements

  • High fluency in Dutch and professional-level English
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling
  • Strong computer literacy and experience working online
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Clear, empathetic, and professional communication under pressure

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with Slack or online collaboration tools
  • Experience in the online travel industry
  • Technical support background (electronics, machinery, industrial sectors)
  • Experience with Salesforce and standard office tools

Technical Requirements

Internet: Stable wired broadband connection

Hardware:

  • Processor: Minimum 1.8 GHz (64-bit preferred)
  • RAM: 8 GB or more
  • Storage: Minimum 10 GB free
  • Screen: 1920×1080 resolution preferred
  • Wired USB headset

Operating System:

  • Windows 11 or later
  • macOS 13 or later

Work Schedule (CET Time Zone)

Availability Requirements:

  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday availability is mandatory
  • Weekly hours: Minimum 20 hours, maximum 30 hours
  • Days off: 2 days per week (not on weekends)
  • Weekend schedule: Same availability (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
