Responsibilities

  • Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to our products and services.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance on account management, product features, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for quality tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify improvements in service delivery and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a technology or service-oriented company.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with full relocation support provided.
