In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the support needed regarding our products and services.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Hebrew-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services.
  • Deliver exceptional and personalized support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, employing a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve more complex customer issues as needed.
  • Stay informed about product developments and company policies to provide up-to-date support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or international environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • A willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new culture with paid relocation support.
