Responsibilities

• Assist Hungarian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our offerings.
• Offer personalized support, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions to their inquiries and issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain effective communication and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Stay updated on product features and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, striving for high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within a fast-paced environment, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support.
