Growth and Marketing Manager (Trilingual)

About the role:

The Growth and Marketing Manager for Brazil and RoW (rest of the world) will be a key driver of Airtm’s consumer growth in Brazil, focusing on acquisition, activation, and retention within ideal retail user groups. This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused, requiring a bridge between Marketing, Product, and Data teams to deliver measurable impact and accelerate sustainable growth in the assigned markets. The Manager will be focused on executing the strategy to map out the problems and needs of Ideal Customer Groups (ICG) into accessible solutions, and working with the Growth team on rollout plans to leverage these solutions. Portuguese, English and Spanish proficiency is required for this role. 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Opportunity Identification
- Execute regional growth strategies aligned with the overall company strategy.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities specific to the Brazil market across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Support the implementation and scaling of high-performing growth loops.

Product Marketing Support
- Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for new features and use cases in Brazil and RoW markets.
- Adapt global positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies to align with local user needs and market dynamics.
- Partner with the Product team to ensure market fit and adoption (aligned with ICG).

Performance Marketing & Lifecycle Management
- Execute acquisition campaigns through various channels (including supporting Paid media and local SEO initiatives).
- Identify and manage local Co-Marketing partnerships to drive regional growth.
- Manage and optimize the onboarding flow and lifecycle campaigns to increase LTV (focused on 1st transaction and localized retention strategies).
- Collaborate with data analytics to track acquisition and 1st transaction metrics to continually improve strategy.
- Manage local customer feedback loops and synthesize findings for the central team.

Market Research & Insights
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis focused on the Brazil and RoW markets.
- Synthesize local user insights to inform regional adjustments to product, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Assist in identifying new market/ICG opportunities.

Data-Driven Insights
- Contribute to weekly performance reviews and presentations on regional growth.
- Implement and run local experimentation frameworks to validate regional growth hypotheses.
- Conduct constant data analysis to identify regional growth opportunities.

Collaboration & Development
- Work closely with the central Growth, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to drive regional success.


Qualifications

- 5+ years of Growth / Product Marketing experience, ideally in fintech or payments.
- Proven experience owning the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, monetization.
- Strong experimentation mindset: hypothesis, test, learn, iterate.
-Comfortable managing multiple countries in parallel.
- Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.


Nice to Have

- Background in fintech, crypto, wallets, payments, cards, or remittances.
- Experience with lifecycle marketing (email, push, in-app).
- Experience with incentives, referral programs, or rewards.
- Experience scaling markets 0 → 1 or 1 → 10.
