About the Company

We are a growing digital services company that helps businesses improve their online presence, generate leads, and convert prospects through performance-driven marketing initiatives. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of execution and optimization across multiple marketing channels.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for hands-on execution and management of marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on lead generation and performance outcomes. This role is best suited for someone who can confidently execute campaigns, identify gaps in existing efforts, and continuously optimize based on results.

This is not a purely strategic role—the priority is doing the work, improving what already exists, and ensuring marketing efforts consistently move forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage marketing initiatives across:
    • Website updates and optimization
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Google Ads
    • Facebook, Instagram, and other paid social platforms
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and booked appointments
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to improve results
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current marketing efforts and recommend practical improvements
  • Support testing and rollout of new marketing channels or platforms as needed
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to turn ideas into executed campaigns
  • Ensure marketing assets, landing pages, and messaging align with brand guidelines
  • Track results and provide clear, concise performance updates

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing execution (not just coordination)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook)
    • SEO implementation and optimization
    • Website optimization
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Self-directed, reliable, and able to execute without constant supervision

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with service-based businesses or agencies
  • Familiarity with testing and launching new marketing channels
  • Ability to proactively identify marketing gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Light strategic planning experience to complement execution

What Success Looks Like

  • Marketing initiatives are consistently executed and optimized
  • Clear visibility into what’s working and what’s not
  • Improved lead flow through tested and refined campaigns
  • Reduced bottlenecks caused by incomplete or stalled marketing execution
