Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind Zensurance’s number one acquisition channel.
Your mission is to lead and scale our most impactful marketing engine. You’ll manage significant budgets and leverage deep data insights to ensure we’re reaching the right customers at the right time.
We’re looking for a strategic leader to own our paid search strategy, optimizing our digital presence to drive customer growth and maximum ROI.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Management: Plan and execute high-impact campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and other key digital channels.
Performance Optimization: Continually analyze thousands of keywords and verticals. You’ll refine bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing pages to boost effectiveness.
Data & Insights: Use Google Analytics and Looker to extract actionable insights. You’ll partner with BI and Engineering to sharpen our reporting and attribution.
Technical Ownership: Manage our marketing tech stack (GTM, Salesforce) and stay current on new ad formats and platform updates.
Testing & Innovation: Lead A/B testing across all campaign elements and experiment with emerging platforms to find new growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align paid strategies with broader marketing goals and regularly communicate performance wins to the wider team.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search at scale.
Budget Mastery: Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual spends.
Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Google Ads, GTM, and Salesforce.
Analytical Mindset: Expert at translating complex datasets into clear, actionable growth strategies.
Proactive Growth: A natural curiosity for testing new tools and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
