We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing enrollment marketing agency focused on driving qualified student sign-ups for education and training businesses across the U.S. This role sits at the front of the revenue engine, working inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and booking high-quality appointments for the sales team.

You will not be building demand from scratch. The agency runs structured funnels that generate consistent inbound opportunities. Your role is to engage quickly, qualify thoroughly, and ensure only strong-fit prospects move forward.

What You’ll Work On

Inbound Lead Qualification

  • Respond to qualified inbound leads generated through paid media funnels
  • Conduct outreach via phone, SMS, email, and CRM workflows
  • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria
  • Identify readiness, urgency, and alignment before booking calls

Appointment Setting and Calendar Management

  • Book qualified prospects onto sales calls
  • Confirm attendance and reduce no-shows
  • Follow up consistently with warm prospects who need additional touchpoints
  • Keep pipelines moving without letting leads stall

CRM and Process Discipline

  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes
  • Follow established scripts and workflows while adapting to real conversations
  • Track activity metrics and performance benchmarks
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to improve conversion rates

Performance and Accountability

  • Hit appointment-setting and show-up targets
  • Operate within a structured sales system
  • Stay coachable and open to feedback
  • Bring energy and urgency to daily outreach activity

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or SDR roles
  • Experience working inbound or warm leads
  • Strong verbal English communication with confidence on calls
  • Comfortable speaking with founders, operators, or business owners
  • Ability to follow a proven sales process
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working within a commission-based structure

Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketing agencies, education businesses, or high-ticket services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and workflow automation platforms
  • Experience booking calls for high-ticket offers
  • Understanding of enrollment funnels or webinar-based sales processes
