And now we’re looking for an SMB Account Executive to join our growing Sales team and help drive new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our outbound motion and accelerating pipeline growth. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to identify, engage, and qualify high-potential prospects — directly contributing to ARR growth and our broader GTM transformation.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to build high-quality pipeline and create meaningful first-touch experiences with future customers.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts via email, phone, and social channels.
Qualify inbound MQLs and ensure fast follow-up (≤24h SLA).
Conduct discovery conversations to confirm fit (integration needs, industry pain points, budget, timing).
Book Sales-Qualified Meetings (SALs) and pass them to Account Executives with detailed notes and context.
Collaborate closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, campaigns, and messaging effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce/HubSpot and Outreach.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of relevant and transferable experience.
Strong research skills with the ability to identify high-potential accounts and decision-makers.
Excellent business judgment and ability to prioritize effectively.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
