Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain records and facilitate follow-ups.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate guidance to customers.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using various computer applications.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• A willingness to relocate to Sofia with relocation support provided.
