Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and developing high-performance server-side applications, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to drive innovation and success in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable server-side code.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Implement data storage solutions and ensure data protection and security.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and ensure best practices.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Back-End web development.
  • 5+ years of experience developing with Java.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a cloud environment (Preferred: AWS).
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
  • Proficiency in version control tools such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Minimum Degree Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required
