Assist clients with detailed itinerary planning and coordination
Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems
Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and correspondence
