Role Summary

The Remote Customer Service Agent provides client support by assisting with travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and complete. This fully remote role focuses on customer service, itinerary support, booking coordination, and administrative accuracy.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with detailed itinerary planning and coordination

  • Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems

  • Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client preferences and budgets

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and correspondence

  • Participate in required training sessions, meetings, and professional development

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities

  • Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
