Role Summary

The Customer Service Specialist supports all clients by assisting with detailed travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring booking details are accurate and complete. This role focuses on customer service, booking coordination, and administrative accuracy in a remote setting.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist clients with detailed itinerary plans

Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems
