Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and provide expert product advice

• Identify sales opportunities and promote suitable solutions or upgrades

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Collaborate with the team to resolve queries efficiently

Requirements:

• Native or C2-level Dutch

• Strong English skills (B2 minimum)

• Experience in customer support or sales is a plus

• Ability to work Monday–Sunday, 10:00–20:00 (rotating shifts)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries €18,200/year

• Performance Bonus: €250/month €3,000/year

• Total Min/Max: €18,200 – €21,200 per year
