Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone and provide expert product advice
Identify sales opportunities and promote suitable solutions or upgrades
Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with the team to resolve queries efficiently
Requirements:
Native or C2-level Dutch
Strong English skills (B2 minimum)
Experience in customer support or sales is a plus
Ability to work Monday–Sunday, 10:00–20:00 (rotating shifts)
Compensation:
Base Salary: €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries €18,200/year
Performance Bonus: €250/month €3,000/year
Total Min/Max: €18,200 – €21,200 per year
