Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to home entertainment systems, troubleshooting, and providing solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about product features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong interest in home entertainment technology and devices.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused mentality.
