Must Have Skills:

• CPA designation or equivalent (or in final stages).
• 2 to 5 years experience in public accounting or demanding industry roles.
• Mastery of accrual accounting, month-end processes, and advanced financial analysis.
• Proven ability to lead impactful client conversations.
• Absolute comfort and proficiency with cloud accounting tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce, Amazon, Shopify, or inventory systems

• Familiarity with outsourced or offshore delivery teams

• Exposure to advisory, FP&A, or operational finance work

• Interest in workflow improvement, SOP creation, or systems optimization
