Your Role:

You will be the first point of contact for our Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing top-notch support. Your main tasks will include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
• Resolving issues and offering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude throughout each interaction.
• Contributing to team discussions to improve service delivery.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• Fluent in Danish and English (both written and verbal).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in using computers and applications.
• Strong communication skills: able to listen attentively and convey information clearly.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
