Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription services, helping them manage their accounts and resolve issues.
- Document customer interactions carefully in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about subscription service offerings and improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in subscription services, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
