Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.

- Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve challenges effectively.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or health-related fields is desirable, but not mandatory.
