We are looking for an Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join a B2C Technical Support project. You will assist end users via phone, email, and chat, delivering professional technical support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is a fully remote position, available to candidates based in Greece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chats
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex cases when required, following internal procedures
  • Maintain a customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Comply with data protection regulations and internal company policies

Candidate Profile

  • Italian: Fluent (spoken and written)
  • English: Intermediate (B2 level)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with technical systems and CRM tools
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Working Conditions

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00
  • Salary: €1,045.72 gross/month + performance bonuses
  • Training: Fully paid 18-day training provided by certified instructors
