What Youll Be Doing

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently by providing clear, accurate technical solutions

  • Build strong relationships through empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset

  • Log, track, and manage cases in the CRM system, escalating when necessary

  • Collaborate closely with teammates and leaders to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Spot recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience

  • Ensure full compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies

What Were Looking For

  • Language skills: Fluent French (spoken & written) and intermediate English (B2)

  • Customer-centric mindset: You enjoy solving problems and helping people

  • Tech confidence: Comfortable using CRM tools, software platforms, and troubleshooting systems

Your Rewards

  • Salary: 1,045.72€ monthly + performance bonuses.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00.
