What We Offer:

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Deliver world-class customer support via phone, email, and chat in German and English
  • Assist customers with subscriptions, streaming access, billing, and platform navigation
  • Act as a brand ambassador, providing personalized solutions and maintaining high satisfaction
  • Handle cases efficiently, accurately, and empathetically
  • Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to continuously improve service quality

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (C1+) and English (B2+) – written and spoken

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others

  • Basic tech-savviness – comfortable using various software tools

  • Located in Greece or willing to relocate (remote position)

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required – full training provided
