On behalf of our client, were seeking a Marketing Manager whos not just creative but also tech-savvy, someone who knows how to harness the power of AI to drive results. You'll play a key role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across channels. From campaign ideation to automation and analytics, you'll own the process end-to-end and ensure measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Define KPIs, manage budgets, and translate strategy into actionable plans.

• Content & Campaigns:
  • Manage content calendars and campaigns across digital channels (social, email, paid, website).
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation, design, and optimization.

• AI & Automation:
  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations.
  • Leverage AI for data insights, reporting, and performance optimization.

• Lead Generation & Analytics:
  • Drive qualified leads through paid and organic campaigns.

  • Track results, analyze metrics, and continuously improve ROI.

• Collaboration & Projects:
  • Work closely with leadership and sales teams for aligned execution.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives such as launches, events, or rebranding.

• Ad Hoc & Administrative Support:
  • Assist the founder with ad hoc tasks that align with marketing, branding, or operational needs.
  • Maintain flexibility to take on new and evolving responsibilities as the business scales.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy and execution (B2B preferred).
• Proven ability to manage marketing end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Experience using AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Canva).
• Strong understanding of digital channels and analytics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
• Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
• Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required before onboarding.

Working Hours:
Part Time (20 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8 a.m to 12 p.m or 1 p.m - 5 p.m Pacific Time

Pay: $500+ $30 Allowance per month
