We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to help build and evolve our advertising products. This role focuses on developing thoughtful ad experiences that drive revenue while respecting the core user experience.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, and the advertising team to define product direction, prioritize opportunities, and deliver advertising solutions.

What You’ll Do:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for key advertising initiatives
Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality ad products from discovery through launch
Balance advertiser needs with user experience and advertising growth goals.
Use data, experimentation, and user insights to inform decisions and measure impact
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on priorities and tradeoffs
Identify opportunities to improve ad performance, delivery, tech stack and measurement
Required Qualifications:
Experience working on ad tech systems such as ad serving, targeting, pacing, measurement, or experimentation.
Experience working within a publisher ad tech environment, including hands on exposure to ad servers, SSPs, and related tooling, with an understanding of how these systems operate together to deliver, measure, and optimize ads at scale
Strong product judgment and the ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs in complex problem spaces
Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting plans as new information emerges
A collaborative working style and the ability to build trust across teams
Clear and effective communication
A track record of shipping products that deliver value to users and the business
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on consumer-facing products where user experience is critical
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-informed decision-making
