As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Danish (C2 level)

  • Use English (B2 level) for internal communication and documentation

  • Represent well-known international brands

  • Support customers via phone, email, or chat, in line with company standards

Requirements

  • Danish C2 (mandatory)

  • English B2 (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Valid authorization to work in Greece or EU/EEA citizenship

  • Ability to work in a remote, international environment
