Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own the operating rhythm between our external marketing agencies and internal sales team. You'll run the recurring reporting cadence, coordinate monthly agency reviews, spot performance anomalies early, and ensure the founder isn't the glue holding marketing operations together.
This role exists to create visibility and control over marketing inputs (spend, leads, cost per lead) and sales outputs (quotes, conversions) without the founder chasing reports, booking meetings, or discovering problems six weeks late. You'll maintain weekly dashboards, deliver monthly performance summaries, manage agency deadlines, and build the feedback loop between sales and marketing partners. This is coordination and issue-spotting, not creative marketing execution.
