- Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately for service enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to team performance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with support provided.
