About the Role
Our Client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This role will be responsible for managing domestic and international vendors to ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries of finished goods, components, and packaging, while supporting production schedules and product launches. The Procurement Analyst will act as a key liaison between Kitsch and our vendor partners, driving performance improvements and ensuring vendor capacity aligns with forecast demand.

This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Manage domestic and international vendors to achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries for finished goods, components, and packaging.
  • Issue, manage, and track purchase orders (POs), ensuring alignment with production and launch timelines.
  • Monitor vendor production schedules and follow up proactively to address risks or potential delays.
  • Maintain and evaluate vendor scorecards, implementing improvement plans when necessary to enhance performance.
  • Track and analyze vendor capacity and capabilities to ensure they can meet forecasted demand.
  • Partner directly with vendor supply chain and production teams to address challenges and align priorities.
  • Provide visibility to the Supply Chain Manager on vendor performance, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and Logistics to support seamless launches and ongoing replenishment.
  • Support initiatives to improve cost efficiency, quality, and service levels across the procurement function.
  • Ensure procurement activities are aligned with the company's goals of achieving the top service level for customers.

What are we looking for in you?

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Equivalent experience in procurement or supply chain may be considered in place of formal education.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably handling contract manufacturers for mass brands.
  • Experienced in NetSuite, and in the cosmetic/haircare/hair accessories industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing vendors to achieve OTIF delivery performance.
  • Knowledgeable in Supply Chain, experience with ERP systems, and vendor management

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of procurement practices, terms, and negotiation strategies.
  • Familiarity with production processes, fulfillment requirements, and capacity/efficiency metrics.
  • Proficiency in tracking vendor performance and implementing improvement plans.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess vendor capacity against forecast demand.
